Your Public Profile

Share your business profile and receive enquiries online

Every traidhand account comes with a public profile page. This is a page anyone can view without logging in, and it lives at a URL like:

traidhand.com/p/your-business-name

For example, if your business is called "Smith Plumbing & Heating", your profile URL would be something like traidhand.com/p/smith-plumbing-heating. This is created automatically from your business name when you set up your account. You can change it at any time from My Profile in the sidebar.

Your public profile includes an enquiry form that potential customers can fill in. They will be asked to:

  • Select a service category - so you know what type of work they need.
  • Enter their name - first and last name.
  • Enter their email address - so you can get back to them.
  • Enter their phone number - for a quick call if needed.
  • Write a message - describing what they need doing.

When someone submits the form, a new ticket is created in your Smart Inbox straight away. You can then review the enquiry, reply, and convert it into a quote or job.

You can update the details shown on your public profile from Settings. The following fields appear on your profile page:

  • Business name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Address
  • Trade type
  • Services offered - a list of the services you provide (note: pricing is not shown on the public profile, just the service names).

Keep these up to date so customers know how to reach you and what kind of work you do.
